The striped dwarfgoby (Eviota sebreei) is a tiny, translucent goby with a dark stripe running along its lower side, broken into spots towards the tail, and a dark spot at the base of the tail fin.

It reaches only about 2.5 cm and perches on the surface of hard corals, moving in short hops. It feeds on tiny crustaceans and plankton and is easily overlooked unless you look closely at live coral.

The striped dwarfgoby is found across the Indo-Pacific, including the Philippines, where it lives on coral-rich reefs. It is a relative of the redbelly dwarfgoby.
