Razorfish

Aeoliscus strigatus

The razorfish (Aeoliscus strigatus), also called the shrimpfish, is a flat, blade-like fish with a black stripe that swims head-down in tight groups.

It feeds on tiny crustaceans and shelters among sea urchin spines or branching corals when threatened.

In the Philippines it is found in sheltered shallow waters, often near long-spined urchins or seagrass.
