The twinspot blenny (Ecsenius bimaculatus) is a small combtooth blenny named for the two dark spots near its tail. Its body is usually pale to brownish with darker markings and a yellowish tinge toward the tail.

Reaching about 4-5 cm, it lives on coral reefs, perching on coral heads and rocks and ducking into holes when threatened. It feeds mainly by grazing algae and detritus from hard surfaces.

The twinspot blenny is found in the western Pacific, including the Philippines, where it lives on shallow coral reefs.
