The bluestriped fangblenny (Plagiotremus rhinorhynchos) is a slender blenny with two blue stripes, occurring in black-and-blue or orange colour forms.

It darts out to bite scales, mucus and skin from larger fish. Its black-and-blue form resembles juvenile cleaner wrasse, which helps it get close to its victims.

In the Philippines it is common on reefs, often hiding in tubeworm holes between attacks.
