Clark's anemonefish (Amphiprion clarkii) is a variable clownfish, usually dark brown to black with a yellow snout and fins and two or three white bars. Colour varies a lot between regions and host anemones.

It grows to about 12-15 cm and is the least picky of all clownfish, living in around ten different anemone species. Groups are led by a dominant female, and males guard the eggs laid on rock next to the anemone.

Clark's anemonefish has one of the widest ranges of any clownfish, across the Indo-West Pacific, including the Philippines, where it is common on reefs and sandy slopes.
