Class: Malacostraca
Order: Decapoda
Family: Palaemonidae
Genus: Laomenes
Species: Laomenes sp.

The white crinoid shrimp (Laomenes sp.) is a small, pale feather star shrimp that blends with white and cream crinoids. Its almost white body can be lightly translucent, making it hard to separate from its host's arms.

It grows to about 1-2 cm and shelters among the pinnules of its feather star, feeding on particles the crinoid collects. It is an undescribed species known by its colour.

In the Philippines it is found on pale feather stars on reefs and walls. A torch and a slow look are needed to spot it.
