The pink-eared mantis shrimp (Odontodactylus latirostris) is a smasher mantis shrimp named for the pink to red fans on its tail and antennae. Its body is usually pale green to tan.

It hunts small invertebrates and lives in burrows in sand and rubble, often near the edge of reefs. It is generally smaller and shyer than the peacock mantis shrimp.

In the Philippines it is found on muck and rubble slopes, usually seen peering out of its burrow.
