The bobbit worm (Eunice aphroditois) is a giant predatory marine worm that hides in the sand and snaps its jaws shut on passing fish. It is not a fish, but a polychaete worm.
It can grow to over 1 m long, but usually only its jaws and antennae are visible.
It is best seen on night dives in the Philippines.
