The bicolour parrotfish (Cetoscarus ocellatus) is a large parrotfish; juveniles are white with an orange-edged dark head band, while adults are green and pink.

It scrapes algae from rock and dead coral with its beak-like teeth, producing sand in the process.

In the Philippines it is found on clear reefs and slopes, with juveniles often near the bottom.
