Baeolidia sp. 1 is an aeolid nudibranch with pink cerata and orange rhinophores. It has not yet been formally described. The numbered name links it to the book's identification, rather than giving it a formal scientific species name.
Members of the family Aeolidiidae are associated with feeding on sea anemones. That family-level pattern does not establish the exact prey of this unnamed animal. Its cerata are part of the body, not pieces of the surrounding habitat.
For divers in the Philippines, photographing an undescribed slug carefully helps preserve details that a brief sighting can miss. Include the head, body pattern and arrangement of the cerata in your record.
A macro lens and a patient approach work well. Take a side view and, if possible without disturbing anything, a view from above. Leave the slug and nearby anemones untouched.
It appears on page 277 of Nudibranchs of the Philippines.
